Daniel was probably born around 1715 near Balsall in Warwickshire but spent most of his life in the parish of Tysoe some 20 mile away. He was an agricultural labourer and married Mary Gibbs in 1740, baptising his first child in Tysoe the following year. For a while he lived near his place of birth with his wife and child, but times were hard and they returned to Tysoe where they received parish relief at least twice in 1757 and 1763.
Daniel and Mary baptised six more children in Tysoe and were eventually buried there, Daniel in 1787 aged around 70 and Mary ten years later.

Daniel married in 1740 and died in 1787 both events at Tysoe, so a birth date around 1710/20 is expected but the baptism of Daniel was not found at Tysoe. He was of Compton Winiate at marriage and the registers there cover 1683-1696 and 1714-1812. There were very few entries for the period 1714-1720, and no WIGSON among them.
A settlement certificate dated 1743 found in the parish registers of Beaudesert, states that Daniel was legally settled in Tysoe but was born in "Belsurr". From the 1690s, settlement could be obtained through, birth, marriage, apprenticeship, regular employment for a period of a year, renting a house worth £10 per annum, paying parochial taxes, or serving as a parish officer. The grounds for settlement in this case were not stated. His wife was not of Tysoe so most likely he achieved settlement by being employed there for one year. The settlement certificate was signed by churchardens of Tysoe.
A settlement certificate would be produced to live in another parish, so probably Daniel was looking for employment in Beaudesert even though it is some 18 mile N of Tysoe. No WIGSON entries were found in the Beaudesert register which dates from 1651. Belsurr has not been identified but the most likely is Balsall (transcription error rr for ll) about 8 mile NE of Beaudesert. If this is the case, then Daniel was returning to the area of his birth with his new wife and child looking for work.
Balsall Common became a parish only in 1863, before that it was part of the parish of Hampton in Arden. Many baptisms at Hampton in this period were “of Balsall” but no WIGSONs were found. Temple Balsall was also made a parish in 1863, and the church records there go back to 1736 when the Templar's church was restored, but no Wigsons found. Balsall is about 5 miles from Solihull where John Wigson baptised several children artound 1700/10 but no Daniel was recorded in the well-kept and clear register of baptisms.
A Daniel Wigson was baptised at Eydon in Northants about 10 miles from Tysoe, son of Robert and Ann Wigson but he was buried as an infant. Other records of a Daniel Wigson in the region of Eydon include:

It seems likely that Daniel, son of Titus, married Ann Saul in 1702 and died in 1740. No children of Damiel and Ann have been identified. The Daniel of Chipping Warden was born at the right time and only 10 miles from Tysoe and no further records are known there. But Daniel of Tysoe did not name any of his children George and no "Belsurr" has been identified at Chipping Warden.
So at present the most likely origin of Daniel is in the region of Balsall aboiut 1715, but no record of his baptism seems to have survived.
Mary WIGSON-6 was baptised at Tysoe in 1749, daughter of Daniel & Mary. There is a s series of baptisms to these parents at Tysoe beginning in 1741 but no marriage there. A suitable marriage however was found in the parish of Radway just three miles from Tysoe:

Compton Winiate is about 2 miles south of Tysoe, and the relatively uncommon name Daniel WIGSON/WIGTON leaves little doubt that this is the correct marriage

These books make reference to Daniel WIGSON of Tysoe as a poor agricultural labourer who received 2 bushels of barley in parish relief 23Jan1757 and whose wages were subsidised by the parish on 2Jan1763.
