there is no record of the baptism of Kevern at Paul, but the following baptisms were found at neighbouring St Buryan:

prededed by the marriage of George to Joan
A booklet by Madeline Mitchell-Fox claims that Laveran was an old spelling for the place name Kevern (quoting “Guide to Cornish Placenames” by Morton Nance). This author also notes that the Leveran baptism was recorded at Paul 31Nov1693.
The St Burian registers have not yet been examined, but at present it seems likely that Margery, Bene, Joan, are one and the same, and that the family moved from St Burian to Paul around 1690. Both John & Leveran/Kevern baptised families at Paul, both including a son George
The link between the two parishes is supported by the first clear Trewavas entry in the Paul register:
